Queen Charlotte, July 13: Douglas M. Dunkin received a three-month conditional sentence and a five-year firearms prohibition for pointing a firearm at another person. He also received a three-month conditional sentence and a five-year firearms prohibition for wrongful delivery of firearms.
Ryan W. Gerz entered a recognizance to keep the peace and be of good behaviour.
Karina Kamplicher entered a recognizance to keep the peace and be of good behaviour.
Kelsey Kitchkeesic entered a recognizance to keep the peace and be of good behaviour.
Leah A. Sankey entered a recognizance to keep the peace and be of good behaviour.
Masset, July 15:
Dennis C. Brown was sentenced to 45 days in jail, one year probation and a five-year firearms prohibition for uttering threats. He was also sentenced to 45 days in jail for failing to comply with a condition.
Christopher W. Edgars received a suspended sentence, 18 months probation and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of $50 for resisting or obstructing a peace officer. He also received a suspended sentence, 18 months probation and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of $50 for uttering threats. He was also fined $150 plus a victim surcharge of $72.50 for failing to appear.
Harold A. Swanson was fined $150 plus a victim surcharge of $32.50 for failing to appear. He was also fined $250 plus a victim surcharge of $37.50 for failing to comply with a condition.
