This is Science AL!VE's tenth year of science education programs in Haida Gwaii. In June, over 400 kids participated in our classroom workshops. We are excited to be working with Agnes L. Mathers Elementary, Tahayghen Elementary, Port Clements Community Hall, Sk'aadgaa Naay Elementary and School District 50 Haida Gwaii this summer, and we know that without their support we could not offer the programs that we do.
Science AL!VE is also going to be hosting community events at all four camp locations. Campers, their families, friends, and members of the community are invited to an evening of science activities, exciting demos and lots of fun! More information will be distributed at camp.
