Suspect caught after break-ins at Queen Charlotte businesses

A local man will be appearing in provincial court Jan. 8 to face multiple charges after a series of break-ins over the weekend, says Sgt. Scott Hromadnik of the Queen Charlotte RCMP. Sgt. Hromadnik said three businesses in Queen Charlotte were broken into over the weekend of Dec. 29-30, with a total of about $800 stolen. RCMP caught the suspect Sunday evening (Dec. 30). He was kept in custody and is facing several charges of breaking and entering as well as breaching conditions.
